Exchange Policy:
       If you are delivered the wrong item or a defective DVD, All wrong or defective items must be reported within 5 days in order to receive your exchange for an exact replacement of that item. We will exchange it for the correct one after get your report.and what you must do is send the product back in its original state.

      1,if you ask for refund without damaged goods, Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded And you must ship back the DVD to us. we will refund you after get your return goods.
2,after you place your order ,before we ship,if you ask for refund,we will refund all the fund ;if we have shipped out your order,shipping charge will not refund,you have to pay the shipping charge.
    3, All exchange/refund merchandise must be shipped back to us in working condition.  Damaged goods DO NOT require return shipping.
